Acceptable Use Policy
TrakOps (MS Consolidated Pty Ltd ACN 688 688 011, as trustee for the MS Trust, ABN 20 330 986 807) — Last updated: 4 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service for TrakOps. It exists to protect the Service, our customers, and the highly confidential data they store on the platform.
1. Prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not permit any user under your account to:
Security and integrity
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or attempt to breach any security or authentication measure, except under a written authorised security-testing agreement with us.
- Access or attempt to access another customer's account, workspace, or Customer Data, whether or not it is technically possible to do so. If you gain inadvertent access to another customer's data, you must notify us immediately, not copy or use it, and delete anything received.
- Interfere with the Service's operation, including denial-of-service attacks, load testing without written consent, or introducing malware.
- Share account credentials or circumvent seat, tier, or usage limits.
Reverse engineering and competition
- Copy, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Service or its algorithms, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Access the Service to build a competing product, or scrape or bulk-extract content from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties on a service-bureau basis without a written agreement with us.
Content and legality
- Upload data you do not have the right to upload, including designs or technical information that is subject to a third party's confidentiality obligations, another team's stolen or leaked IP, or material that infringes intellectual property rights. *(In motorsport terms: if it isn't yours or you aren't authorised to hold it, don't put it on the platform.)*
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws. You warrant you are not located in, or acting for, an embargoed jurisdiction or sanctioned party, and you must not upload technical data controlled under export control regimes (for example, defence-related technical data controlled under ITAR or EAR) without our prior written agreement.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content, or use the Service to harass or harm others.
Fair usage
- Use the Service in a manner that materially exceeds normal usage for your tier (e.g., automated bulk computation abuse). We will contact you before taking action for fair-usage issues where practicable.
2. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, remove content, suspend, or terminate access under clause 14 of the Terms of Service. Where a violation involves attempted access to another customer's confidential data, unlawful content, or a security threat, we may suspend immediately and notify affected parties and authorities where appropriate.
3. Reporting
Report suspected abuse, vulnerabilities, or IP infringement to contact@trakops.com.au. We support responsible disclosure: good-faith security research reported privately that gives us reasonable time to remediate will not be treated as a breach of this AUP.
