Organisation Entitlements

Your subscription determines which modules are available to your organisation. Core functionality can be extended with optional modules such as Session Planner, AI Analysis, Reporting and Tyres.

Users only see the features your organisation has licensed, keeping the platform streamlined and relevant to your team’s needs.

Feature Access

Roles, feature groups and user-specific overrides define what each person can do within the platform — from viewing runs and editing setups to managing users and administration settings.

Access is governed by the combination of organisational entitlements and individual user permissions, ensuring users can only interact with features they have been granted access to.

Data Visibility

Engineering data is protected using a default-deny approach. Non-administrators require explicit access to championships, events and chassis, either directly or through assigned data groups.

Permissions inherit through the data hierarchy, meaning access granted at a championship level automatically extends to associated events, runs, setups, files and related records. This provides a secure and scalable way to manage access while protecting valuable team intellectual property.

Is there a contract?

Each package is an annual commitment, designed to cover your full racing season. Pay monthly for cash flow, or pay for the year up-front to save 10% — either way the term runs for one year.

What counts as a user?

Anyone with a login in your organisation. Each tier includes a set number of users (2 on Essentials, 5 on Team, 10 on Pro); add more at any time — full pricing, including per-user rates, is shown when you sign up.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time — the change is prorated and your new features unlock instantly. Downgrades and seat reductions take effect at your renewal.

What’s included in the free trial?

Full access to everything, for your whole team, with no card required. You only start paying when you choose a plan.

How do we pay?

Securely by card through Stripe. Larger programmes can arrange manual invoicing — get in touch and we’ll set it up.
